According to goal.com, George Alaba, the father of Bayern Munich defender David Alaba has not held talks with Real Madrid delegates, contrary to recent reports in Spain.

George Alaba is said to have met with Los Blancos representatives in the Austrian city of Vienna to discuss a potential move to the Bernabeu for his son.

However, Alaba senior has stressed that no such meeting occurred, adding that the 22-year-old, who has a contract until 2018, is happy where he is.

”It’s not true that I met with a Madrid delegation. There was never a meeting,” Alaba’s father said.

“There is absolutely no reason for us to speak with other clubs. David is very happy in Munich.”

Alaba, who has scored five goals for the Bundesliga champions-elect this season, added: “I am feeling very well here. I am not even thinking about a transfer.”
